Product Overview

The nitrogen membrane is an advanced gas separation device that efficiently extracts nitrogen-rich gas from ambient air using membrane separation technology. By selectively allowing certain gases to permeate through the membrane, the system separates oxygen and nitrogen, producing clean, dry nitrogen gas. Working Principle

The nitrogen membrane operates based on differences in the solubility and diffusion rates of gas molecules through a polymer membrane. When air flows through the membrane module under a pressure difference, faster-permeating gases such as oxygen and water vapor pass through the membrane to form an oxygen-enriched stream, while nitrogen, which permeates more slowly, remains on the retentate side, forming a nitrogen-enriched gas. The entire process is purely physical, requiring no chemical reactions, ensuring safe operation, high reliability, and low maintenance costs.
