Product Overview

The Natural Gas Membrane is a high-efficiency gas separation system that uses advanced polymer membrane technology to purify natural gas. It effectively reduces impurities such as C₃+ hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, and CO₂, while also enabling gas dehydration.

The membrane modules feature a compact, high-pressure-resistant design, offering excellent processing efficiency. This technology is widely applied in gas treatment, natural gas transportation, and industrial gas purification.

Working Principle

Natural gas membrane separation relies on the selective permeability of the membrane for different gas components. When a pressure difference is applied across the membrane, gases with higher permeability pass through more quickly, while slower-permeating gases remain on the high-pressure side.

This allows the system to efficiently remove impurities, separate CO₂ and water, and extract hydrogen or nitrogen from natural gas mixtures.
