Working Principle

The system employs targeted treatment processes depending on wastewater type:

Oil-Containing Wastewater:

Floating oil is removed via an oil separation process, followed by micro-electrolysis and flocculation-sedimentation pre-treatment to break down organic pollutants and remove suspended solids. Anaerobic biochemical treatment then reduces COD and BOD, and a membrane bioreactor (MBR) combines membrane filtration with biological degradation to achieve high-quality effluent meeting Class I discharge standards.

Cyanide-Containing Wastewater:

Cyanide is removed through acidification and stripping, then oxidized to non-toxic cyanate precipitates. Residual pollutants are further removed by filtration and adsorption processes.
