Product Overview

The sugar production membrane and continuous moving bed system is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly solution for sugar solution extraction and purification. By integrating membrane filtration, nanofiltration concentration, and continuous moving bed (CMB) ion exchange, the system achieves impurity removal, sugar solution clarification, fructose–glucose separation, and process water reuse. Working Principle

Membrane Filtration: Replaces traditional rotary drum filtration to treat saccharified solutions, removing unhydrolyzed starch, proteins, fats, and other impurities, improving filtrate quality while reducing filter aid usage and color reversion issues.
