The MBR tubular ultrafiltration membrane module is a high-performance separation product with excellent anti-fouling capability and precise molecular cut-off. It is suitable for solid waste treatment, biochemical MBR systems, and challenging industrial wastewater applications.
Designed with standardized specifications, the module is highly compatible and can seamlessly replace commonly used membrane modules on the market, significantly improving system maintenance and replacement efficiency.
This membrane module features a three-layer structure made of modified PVDF. The precise pore size allows efficient molecular separation, retaining molecules up to 200 kDa.
Water is driven through the membrane pores by a pressure difference, forming filtrate, while suspended solids and large molecules are retained on the membrane surface or inside the membrane tube.
Surface modification enhances hydrophilicity and anti-fouling performance, while cross-flow or backwashing maintains surface cleanliness, extending service life and improving filtration stability.
l Three-Layer Membrane Structure: Strong and durable, extending service life.
