Product Overview

The inorganic membrane module is a high-pressure-resistant unit composed of membrane elements, a membrane housing, and a sealing system. It can be customized by loading different numbers of membrane elements to achieve various diameters and membrane areas, according to industrial process requirements.

The module features a compact structure and high pressure resistance, making it suitable for liquid separation and purification under harsh conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong acid or alkali environments.

Flanged and organic-type modules can accommodate 1, 2, or 3 membrane elements, while disc-type modules can be configured with 4, 6, 7, 19, 37, 61, 91, or 137 membrane elements.

Working Principle

The inorganic membrane module separates solids, suspended particles, and specific solutes from liquids using the porous structure of the membrane elements. Under applied pressure, the liquid flows along the membrane surface. Contaminants are retained, forming a concentrated stream, while the purified liquid passes through the membrane into the central collection tube.

The sealing system combines dynamic and static rings, ensuring reliable sealing under high temperature, high pressure, and material expansion. The module supports online cleaning, allowing maintenance with specialized cleaning agents without disassembling the membrane elements.
