The industrial degassing membrane is a high-efficiency gas–liquid separation device based on PTFE hollow fiber membrane technology. It is designed to remove dissolved gases from various types of liquids.
With its high surface area membrane structure and excellent material stability, the system is widely used in industries such as chemicals, electronics, energy, and precision manufacturing. It helps improve product quality and ensures stable processing performance.
The unit features a compact structure and reliable operation, making it suitable for complex working conditions and a wide range of liquid systems.
The degassing membrane module uses PTFE hollow fiber membranes as the core mass transfer medium. The membrane surface contains numerous micropores. Due to the natural hydrophobic properties of PTFE, liquid water cannot pass through these pores, while dissolved gas molecules can freely diffuse through them.
During operation, the liquid flows inside the hollow fibers, while a vacuum is applied on the outer side of the membrane. This creates a partial pressure difference across the membrane, which drives dissolved gases out of the liquid. The gases pass through the membrane pores and are continuously removed by the vacuum system, achieving efficient degassing.
Depending on process requirements, the system can also be combined with sweep gas or pressurized dissolution methods to further enhance mass transfer efficiency and overall degassing performance.
