The CTRO high-pressure reverse osmosis membrane is specifically designed for high-salinity wastewater concentration and volume reduction. It is ideal for industrial wastewater near-zero liquid discharge (MLD/ZLD) and zero liquid discharge systems.
With its high-pressure and anti-fouling design, the CTRO membrane ensures stable system operation, reduces capital and operating costs, and produces high-quality reusable water.
The CTRO membrane uses a disc filter structure with a 45° diamond-shaped open double-channel design. Wastewater is driven under high pressure through the membrane, allowing water molecules to pass while retaining salts, COD, silica, and other impurities on the concentrate side.
The wide-channel design minimizes fouling and concentration polarization. Optimized membrane materials and components allow safe operation at pressures up to 120 bar and enable broad pH tolerance during operation and cleaning.
l High Temperature and Pressure Resistance: Optimized membrane and component design withstands up to 120 bar.
l High Concentration Capability: Effectively reduces the volume of wastewater requiring thermal treatment in ZLD systems.
l High Rejection Rate: Excellent removal of salts, COD, and silica, ensuring high-quality permeate water.
l Anti-Fouling Design: 45° diamond-shaped open double-channel structure minimizes fouling risk.
l Wide pH Tolerance: Operates reliably under various acidic and alkaline conditions and can withstand cleaning cycles.
l Durable Structure: Ensures long-term stable operation and reduces maintenance frequency and costs.
l Industrial Wastewater ZLD Systems: Suitable for near-zero liquid discharge processes.
l Chemical and Petrochemical Industry: Concentration and reuse of high-salinity wastewater.
l Steel Industry: Deep treatment and reduction of process wastewater.
l Pulp and Paper Industry: Concentration of black liquor and high-salinity wastewater.
l Lithium-Ion Battery Industry: Treatment of high-salinity plating and process wastewater.
l Power Generation: Reuse of boiler makeup water and circulating cooling water.
l Textile Industry: Concentration and recycling of high-salinity dyeing and finishing wastewater.
