The Anti-Oxidation Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element is a high-performance separation material developed to address the susceptibility of conventional polyamide membranes to oxidative damage. Through innovative manufacturing processes and structural optimization, this membrane significantly enhances oxidation resistance, enabling stable operation in environments containing oxidizing agents and during online chemical dosing for disinfection.
The product combines high salt rejection with extended service life, reaching up to approximately twice the lifespan of conventional imported RO membrane elements. It is ideal for high-demand separation and purification applications.
The membrane features a specially designed anti-oxidation selective layer that maintains high separation performance while improving resistance to oxidative substances. Under pressure-driven conditions, water molecules preferentially pass through the membrane, while dissolved salts, organic compounds, and impurities are effectively rejected.
In addition, advanced element encapsulation technology enhances the structural stability of the membrane module, minimizing performance degradation caused by oxidation. This allows the system to operate continuously under online disinfection conditions while maintaining high separation efficiency and permeate quality.
