This equipment filters and separates liquids through tubular membrane modules, effectively removing suspended solids, bacteria, and organic materials, thereby enhancing the purity and quality of liquids.




Working Principle






The operation of tubular membrane equipment is primarily based on membrane separation technology. Under pressure, the liquid passes through the membrane tubes. The membrane's pore size is specifically designed to allow small molecules and water to pass while retaining larger molecules, suspended solids, and contaminants on the membrane's surface or within it, achieving effective separation and purification. Common types of membrane separation include ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis.

6.Good Flow Conditions: The system maintains a good flow state with minimal pressure loss, making it suitable for processing liquids containing larger particles and suspended solids.

2.Biological Fermentation: Ideal for filtering and concentrating amino acids like leucine, theanine, tryptophan, alanine, phenylalanine, and arginine, as well as yeast and E. coli fermentation.



3.Xylo-Oligosaccharide Clarification: Used for clarifying and filtering corn cob extracts.


4.Fish Scale Collagen Separation: Employed in the purification of collagen from fish scales.

5.Juice Clarification: Utilized for filtering and clarifying juices.
