Working Principle
The string wound filter cartridge is meticulously crafted by winding textile fibers around a porous core, forming a honeycomb structure that is dense on the inside and open on the outside. As liquid flows through the cartridge, small particles are intercepted by the fibers, and larger particles settle due to gravity in the coarser channels, effectively removing suspended solids and microparticles from the fluid.
Features
Gradual Filtration Structure: Ensures effective removal of various particle sizes, extending the cartridge's lifespan.
High Contaminant Capacity: Selectively retains contaminants for enhanced filtration performance.
Strong Chemical Compatibility: Constructed entirely of polypropylene, allowing compatibility with a wide range of chemicals and cleaning solutions.
High-Strength Filtration Design: Maintains excellent performance even in harsh environments.
No Adhesives: Low leachables ensure the purity of the filtration process.
