‌Working principle

Automatic scraper self-cleaning filters achieve water purification and equipment protection through the following steps:

Water flow into: the water to be treated enters the filter body by the water inlet, and the impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel wedge net, forming a pressure difference.

Differential pressure monitoring: The differential pressure change of the inlet and outlet is monitored through the differential pressure switch. When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends a signal to the control valve and the drive motor.

Automatic cleaning: the motor drives the brush to rotate and clean the filter element, while the control valve is opened for blowdown. The whole cleaning process only takes tens of seconds, after the end of cleaning, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system is restored to the initial state, and the next filtration process is entered.
