Working Principle:
The industrial degassing membrane module utilizes PTFE hollow fiber membranes as the mass transfer medium, employing the micropores on the membrane surface for gas separation. The hydrophobic nature of the PTFE membrane prevents liquid water from passing through the membrane pores, while dissolved gas molecules in the water can permeate. During operation, water flows inside the membrane, while a vacuum pump continuously removes gas from the outside of the membrane, creating a negative pressure that effectively removes gases from the water.
