The 83mm diameter perfluorinated filter cartridge features a folding membrane design, ideal for high-generation liquid crystal panel manufacturing processes. Post-production, the cartridge is rinsed with 18.2MΩ ultra-pure water and offered in pre-wet packaging, ensuring extremely low leachables in harsh environments to meet high cleanliness standards.
