Working Principle
The fiberglass yarn wound filter cartridge is part of the AquaPure series, designed for deep filtration of low-viscosity and low-impurity liquids. The cartridge is made by winding fiberglass yarn, polypropylene yarn, or degreased cotton yarn at specific densities around a porous core, forming a honeycomb structure that is open on the outside and dense on the inside. This structure ensures effective removal of suspended solids, microparticles, rust, and other impurities, providing superior filtration performance and true deep filtration.
Features
Multiple Material Options: Available in fiberglass, polypropylene, or degreased cotton yarn as the filter media, with core materials including polypropylene and stainless steel to meet different requirements.
Gradient Pore Structure: The outer layer has larger pores, while the inner layer has smaller pores, efficiently filtering particles of various sizes.
High Contaminant Capacity: Capable of handling more contaminants, extending the filter's service life.
Excellent Chemical Compatibility: Suitable for filtering a wide range of chemicals and solvents, addressing diverse industrial needs.
Low Operating Costs: The long-life design reduces filter replacement frequency, lowering operating costs.
Applications
Biopharmaceuticals: Pre-treatment of high-purity water and water for injection (WFI).
RO Pre-Treatment: Front-end filtration for reverse osmosis systems, prolonging system life.
