‌Operating Principle

The compressed air precision filter is designed to remove harmful substances carried by compressed air, such as dust, oil, rust, and moisture. The working process is as follows:

Inlet Air: Contaminated compressed air enters the first-stage filtration device of the filter.

Preliminary Filtration: The compressed air passes through a cylindrical mesh filter element, where larger particles are adsorbed onto the filter media, and moisture condenses into larger droplets.

Separation: Upon entering the separation chamber, the air velocity slows down, allowing particles to coalesce, and water mist condenses on the honeycomb water collector.

Drainage: Impurity-laden water flows to the bottom drainage device and is expelled through an automatic or electric drain valve.

Secondary Filtration: After the first-stage filtration, over 95% of droplets, oil, and large particles are removed, and the compressed air proceeds to the second-stage filter element.

Efficient Removal: In the second-stage filter mesh, the compressed air accelerates to form small vortices, vaporizing and filtering any remaining water droplets while completely removing particles as small as 5 microns.

Clean Air Output: After two stages of filtration, the result is clean, dry compressed air that is free of dust, rust, oil, and moisture, ensuring the normal operation of pneumatic equipment and extending its service life.
