Working Principle
The deep layer membrane filter cartridge is composed of high-purity cellulose fibers and inorganic filtering aids (such as diatomaceous earth), creating a unique three-dimensional spatial channel structure. This design provides a filtering area of several thousand square meters per square meter of filter surface, significantly enhancing contaminant retention capacity and filtration quality. The cartridge effectively removes impurities and microorganisms from liquids through mechanical interception and electrostatic adsorption. The deep stacking process addresses issues associated with traditional plate and frame filters, such as material loss, high labor intensity, and high investment costs.
