‌Working principle

The working principle of the tubular automatic backwashing filter includes two modes of internal backwashing and external backwashing:

Internal backwash:

The filtered raw material is used as backwashing medium. When the control system receives the backwash signal, close the inlet valve of a filter unit and open the blowdown valve.

Under the action of its own pressure, the filtrate flows in reverse, washes the solid particles accumulated on the outer surface of the filter element, and drains into the dirty oil pipe.

After backwashing, close the drain valve, open the raw material inlet valve, resume the filtration of the filter unit, enter the next unit for backwashing, until all filter units have completed backwashing.

External backwash:

Using other gases as backwashing medium, pressurized backwashing of liquid in tank is carried out. When the backwash signal is received, close the raw material liquid inlet and outlet valves of the filter unit, and open the backwash medium inlet valve and blowdown valve.

Driven by gas pressure, the filtrate flows in reverse to flush the solid particles and discharge them into the dirty oil pipe.

After backwashing, close the backwashing medium inlet valve and blowdown valve, resume the filtration of the filter unit, and enter the next unit for backwashing.
