PTFE Anti-Static Membrane Modules


‌Working Principle: 






The PTFE anti-static membrane module utilizes PTFE hollow fiber membranes as the medium for dissolving gases, specifically designed for efficiently dissolving CO₂ into ultra-pure water to control its resistivity. Due to the high hydrophobicity and chemical stability of the PTFE membrane fibers, the module effectively prevents liquid infiltration and damage caused by hydrophilization. The membrane contactor, with its "two inlets and two outlets" design and braided membrane fibers, increases the gas-liquid contact area, ensuring CO₂ dissolves quickly and bubble-free into ultra-pure water, stabilizing the resistivity of the water produced by the system.
