‌Overview of Ceramic Membrane Equipment

Ceramic membrane equipment is widely used for solid-liquid separation, clarification filtration, sterilization, and de-emulsification. The microfiltration membrane has a pore size range of 0.01 µm to 1.4 µm. Depending on the viscosity and suspended solids content of the liquid, membranes with appropriate pore sizes can be selected to achieve clarification, impurity removal, and separation.

Features of Ceramic Membrane Equipment

High Filtration Precision: Ceramic membranes have a broad absolute precision range, including 1.2, 0.8, 0.4, 0.2, 0.1, and 0.05 microns, as well as 20, 10, 5, and 1 kilodaltons (KD), making them suitable for various filtration needs.

Narrow Pore Size Distribution: The membrane channels are designed in an inverted trumpet shape, enhancing anti-fouling capabilities and maintaining high-efficiency separation under heavy loads.

High Temperature, Pressure, and Acid-Base Resistance: Ceramic membranes can operate in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, with excellent resistance to acids and bases, covering a pH range of 0-14, and ensuring a long service life.

Crossflow Filtration: This technology uses crossflow filtration for high-flow, continuous, and stable operations, ideal for large-scale industrial fluid processing.

Good Chemical Stability: The material of the ceramic membrane offers excellent chemical stability, allowing it to withstand organic solvents and facilitating easy cleaning and regeneration under harsh conditions.

High Mechanical Strength: Ceramic membranes can handle pressure differentials of up to 1.0 MPa, ensuring stable operation under high-pressure filtration conditions.

Automatic Online Backwashing Technology: This technology effectively reduces the impact of concentration polarization on membrane flux, decreases cleaning frequency, and ensures the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Application Areas

Petroleum and Petrochemicals: Filtering catalytic oil slurries, recycled oil, hydrogen feedstock, waste amine recovery, and oil-water separation.

Coal Chemical Industry: External filtration of slurry beds, catalyst recovery and washing, liquid-solid separation, and oil-water separation.

Environmental Protection: Treatment of metal cleaning solutions, machining grinding fluids, rolling emulsions, and oily wastewater.

New Materials: Recovery of ultrafine powders and washing/filtration of nanomaterials.

Other Applications: Purification of fermentation liquids, traditional Chinese medicine and oral liquid purification, as well as clarification filtration of juices, beverages, and milk.
